I picked http://mariahk.edublogs.org because she has a really good blog and she commented on my blog and said it was awesome so she is the person I picked.

Week 8 blog

When I started doing research for week 8’s blog, I did a google image search entitle “how kids get to school in different countries.” When I started looking through the images, I felt like OMG this is really sad. We get to school easily by using busses, cars or even bikes. But some kids really I mean really have to work to get there.
I mean, there was one picture of kids walking across a wobbly bridge woah that’s really just wow. Some kids go on a tiny boat! Like itybitty, tiny, skinny, thin boat. You can like really drown in that! That’s not really safe. In India, they get to school using a rickshaw. What is a rickshaw you ask well…… : a small, light vehicle with two wheels that is pulled by one person on foot or on a bicycle and that is used in some Asian countries. But they look happy getting picked up from school, even though it looks like they’re sitting on a bar. Interesting😏. In Peru, they wear awesome uniforms to school. I would wear that every day and look Fab #fabulisious.
Any way that’s my opinion on how people get to school in different countries.

sorry this was late😪

Week 9

I am 35, and I have a husband and two kids. My husband is a good-looking guy. He is very funny. My daughter is 4 years old, and my son is three. My daughter is a funny, crazy girl. My son is athletic. He plays junior basketball and baseball. My mom takes care of them when I’m working.

I am a famous director. My last movie was based on the book What’s Left of Me. It won Best Picture at the Academy Awards. It was an awesome night. I thanked my family, my best friend, and Mrs. Spiegelman and all of my other teachers for helping me when I was a kid. These people made my movies possible today. My best friend, MacKenzie, was there because she was nominated for Best Actress. She won that night, too, so we really had something to celebrate. We ate Ghirardelli’s at the after party.

For fun, I like to travel and go to Six Flags. I  am taking my family to Scotland this summer to visit this castle, and to see the Scottish dancers. I want to wear a kilt there. I’m going to make my husband wear one, too! Then, I’m going to post it on Instagram. I also like to go to Disneyland. When I was in 6th grade, I hoped all of this would come true, and it did!

Week 7: Student Blogging Challenge

Student Blogging Challenge

Well all of the Leaders have something in common. So like Nelson Mandela, Queen Elizabeth, Mao Tse Tung and Ghandi they all stood up for what they believed in and made the writes come true. Also they all have bravery. They stand out as leaders of the world because they all did something special and unique. They stood up for what the believed in.

Well there’s a lot at my school like Student Council, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and many more. I would like to try to do the Student Council role. Well because I think I would me great at this job. So I can show me being a responsible person.

Good leaders well I have a few.

1. Kat Zhang she’s a good leader to me because she started writing her first book at 12 and finished at 14 and got it published. Now it’s one of my favorite books.
2. Michael Jackson he is a good leader because he did lots of great thing and he was one of the first youngest singers in history.
3. Liberace was a good leader because he also did great thing and he wore great things.
4. Journey the band did great music back 80s and still there music is the bomb.
5. And last is every single person is a great leader because we do awesome thing at one part of our lives.

Creative Commons

What I learned from Sharing Creative Works. Sharing Creative Works is Illustrated Primer by Alex Roberts, Rebecca Rojer, and Jon Phillips. This video is about how you can not get your stuff copied, edited, sold, and etc on the internet. I had Questions like: What if I don’t want someone else to share or copy my work? Or how can you lock your work so know can steal it and sell it with out your permission. Well I learned that
People can’t use or share my work w/out because of ©© laws. The ©© symbol stands for: Creative Commons that means people can use my work.
Also I learned that you can protect your work with just symbols.
